As for myself, I was thin but in a period of 3 years gained about 70 pounds. A combination of working, going to school at night and not having time to eat properly led me to make poor decisions on what and when to eat. Once done with school, I started the process of getting to my good old self and running became a part of my routine. As part of my strategy my eating habits changed, low fat intake was part of it. After 2 years, the 70 pounds are gone but I'm left now with patellar tendonitis. I definitely wonder if integrating "good" fats would at least alleviate this condition as I don't want to say good my to my running day.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
